Alysia Baznik — Naperville Central outside hitter, 5-11 senior

Redhawks coach Brie Isaacson: “Alysia is the heart of the Naperville Central program. We were a better team when she was touching the ball. She was instrumental in every rally as a hitter or a setter. She’s selfless and she’s a great leader.”

Numbers: 346 kills, 189 digs, 59 aces, 2.0 passing percentage

Sammy Condon — Naperville North middle hitter, 6-2 senior

Redhawks coach Isaacson: “Sammy is one of the best true middles I’ve ever coached. She’s able to take over the match. She led the team in blocks and did a great job of setting up the block to let our defense set up behind it. She’s the whole package.”

Numbers: 182 kills, 74 blocks, 29 digs

Corinne Gajcak — Naperville North outside hitter, 5-10 senior

Huskies coach Jen Urban: “Corinne was voted Naperville North’s MVP this year. She has the ability to score from the front row, the back row and behind the service line. And she displayed tremendous leadership on and off the court.”

Numbers: 261 kills, .250 hitting percentage, 208 digs, 2.0 passing percentage, nine blocks.

Hannah Kaminsky — Benet setter, 5-11 senior

Redwings coach Brad Baker: “Hannah is the consummate winner at everything she does. In her high school career she never lost a tournament match, winning 18 straight tournaments. She’s a great setter who has the ability to make others play at a higher level.”

Numbers: 1,041 assists, 143 digs, 29 blocks, 43 kills, 33 aces

Cara Mattaliano — Benet outside hitter, 6-1 senior

Redwings coach Baker: “All great teams need a great outside hitter and Cara has continued that tradition at Benet. She’s a quick six-rotation player who can jump, make good reads and she’s always in the right spot.”

Numbers: 413 kills, 210 digs, 22 blocks, 19 aces

Rachel Minarick — Waubonsie Valley setter/right side hitter, 6-2 junior

Warriors coach Kristen Stuart: “Rachel is exactly what you want your best player to be. She’s a great teammate. She’s a natural athlete who is effective in every area of the game. She has a strong and accurate serve, she’s a quick setter and a powerful hitter. She can take over a game.”
