Police search for clues after shots fired in Naperville

Naperville police are looking for information concerning shots that were fired in the air Tuesday near Fairoak and River Oak drives.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., Naperville police responded to the area after getting a report that shots were fired in the air from a white late model Chevrolet pickup truck.

Officers met with several witnesses in the area who said they observed the pickup truck in the area occupied by a younger male white adult who fired three shots in the air from a black handgun. No one was injured.
