1Burglary: Between 8 p.m. Jan. 14 and 9:20 a.m., front glass door was shattered and entry made into unidentified business on 1300 block of North Route 59; report provided no further information.
2Theft: Reyes Rivera, 45, Aurora; 4:49 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.; charged with theft.
3Vehicle burglary: Between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., electric razor, $3 to $4 in coins and miscellaneous other property stolen from vehicle parked on 200 block of Shuman Boulevard.
4No insurance: About 7:56 p.m., unidentified motorist charged with driving without insurance, following traffic crash near North Aurora Road and Route 59.
5Suspended license: Eugene Earl, 47, Lafayette, Ind.; 7:56 p.m. near Lasalle Avenue and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and using cell phone while driving through school or construction zone.
6Driving under the influence: Daniel M. Willis, 42, 4200 block of Falkner Drive; 8:19 p.m. near Merrimac Circle and West Street; charged with DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions.
7ID theft: Edgar Garcia-Diaz, 31, Waukegan; 8:26 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.; charged with identity theft.
8Suspended license: Paul Sargent, 28; and Twuana S. Hagan, 35, both of Aurora; 10:28 p.m. near Hillside Road and Washington Street; both charged with driving with a suspended license; Sargent also charged with possession of marijuana; passenger Isaiah S. Macklin, 23, 300 block of West Ogden Avenue, charged with possession of marijuana and wanted on a warrant.
