No injuries after shots fired at west suburban home

(MONTGOMERY) Police are asking for the public’s help in solving a shooting incident Tuesday night in which several shots were fired at an occupied west suburban home.

About 10:45 p.m. on Feb. 11, an unknown male suspect shot a firearm multiple times at a residence in the 0-100 block of Denham Drive in an unincorporated area near Montgomery, Detective Sgt. Joe Jasnosz of the Kendall County Sheriff’s office said.

Seven people, including one child, were in the home at the time of the shooting, but no one was injured, he said.

Witnesses told police two people dressed in dark clothing were seen running away from the house after the shots were fired, Jasnosz said. One suspect is described as a tall, thin male.
