NCTV17 increases programming with community events

For the past 26 years, NCTV17 has delivered hyper-local television coverage of the people, places and perspectives that matter to Naperville residents. From holiday parades to high school athletics to local news stories to documentaries showcasing local history, NCTV17 celebrates the spirit and character of our ever-growing and diverse community.

NCTV17 is increasing its programming by including more community events than ever. In the past month alone, NCTV17 has covered the annual Ribfest Allocation Luncheon, an original musical about bullying called “The Bully Show,” the District 204 Spelling Bee, and the Waubonsie Valley High School Orchesis.

We are excited to share these events on Channel 17 (Comcast and WOW!), Channel 99 (AT&T UVerse) and online at NCTV17.com with those who were unable to attend.

By covering these events, NCTV17 is not only adding programming, but sharing residents’ hard work and talents with the entire community.

Each event will air for two weeks, and DVDs are available to purchase.

Stay tuned for more events coming in March, such as North Central College’s Explore the Sound Concert, the Indian Prairie Educational Foundation’s 25th anniversary concert, the Men’s Glee Club Spring Invitational Showcase, and the West Suburban Irish’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
