February celebrates the Academy Awards, and this February, the West Suburban Humane Society will celebrate the ACATemy Awards, with discounts on the adoption of black and black-and-white, tuxedo-like cats.
Black cats are statically least likely to be adopted, unfortunately, and the West Suburban Humane Society has an influx of black cats with more than 25 available.
Normal adoption fees vary from $25 to $100 per cat, depending on its age. However, the adoption fee for black and black-and-white cats in the month of February will be $25 a cat.
Each West Suburban Humane Society cat adoption includes: spay or neuter surgery, microchip, collar with ID tag, complete vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, ear mite check and treatment, Feline Leukemia Virus testing, temporary cat carrier, goody bag with toys and treats. Potential adopters may receive pre-qualification for adoption and receive their first vet exam for free.
Contact the shelter adoption desk at 630-960-9600, ext. 10, or email email@example.com.
