These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Friday, Feb. 21

1Revoked license: Apriyani C. Lord-Jackson, 20, Chicago; 12:01 a.m. near Chicago Avenue and Columbia Street; charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance, improper use of registration or title, improper display of license plate or permit and a registration violation.

2Warrant: Fatima M. Robertson, 23, Wheaton; and Willie A. Palmer, 32, Aurora; 7:24 a.m. at Sleep Inn Naperville, 1831 W. Diehl Road; inn operator called police because Robertson and Palmer were smoking marijuana in their room and refused to leave when asked to do so; marijuana found in one of Robertson’s socks; Robertson arrested on outstanding, $45,000 warrant for attempted robbery, and charged with possession of 2.5 grams or less marijuana and obstruction of justice; Palmer charged with disorderly conduct/breach of peace.

3Shoplifting: About 8:13 a.m., unidentified male or female took unspecified merchandise inside Walgreens, 1779 Sequoia Road, and then left store without paying for it.

4No insurance: About 4:45 p.m., unidentified motorist charged with driving without insurance, after telling police of being blinded by sunlight and crashing into rear of vehicle near Ogden Avenue and Naper Boulevard.

5Shoplifting: Xian B. Wang, 47, Aurora; 5:43 p.m. at Menards, 715 Fort Hill Drive; charged with retail theft, after taking less than $300 worth of unspecified merchandise from store without paying for it.

6Marijuana possession: About 6:02 p.m., unidentified motorist charged with possession of 30 grams or less marijuana, following traffic stop near Green Trails Drive and Naper Boulevard.

7Marijuana possession: Austin N. Allen, 19, 3500 block of Stackinghay Drive; 10:36 p.m. following report of suspicious vehicle parked on 3000 block of Tallgrass Drive; charged with possession of marijuana.

8Fake ID: Ebonie May, 20, home town not provided; 11:20 p.m. at Rizzo’s, 6 W. Jefferson Ave.; charged with misrepresentation of age by minor, after trying to enter bar using cousin’s identification.

9Marijuana possession: Joezer S. Jardines, 22, and Aziel Hernandez-Tovar, 23, both of Aurora; 11:37 p.m. near 75th Street and Millbrook Drive; both charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; Jardines also charged with disobeying a traffic signal.

10Disorderly conduct: Donald J. Micetic, 24, Lemont; 11:38 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue just east of Washington Street; charged with disorderly conduct/breach of peace, “after refusing to leave (unidentified) bar and trying to punch the victim multiple times.”

11Marijuana possession: About 11:45 p.m., unidentified male motorist stopped by police near Diehl Road and Route 59; charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and using cell phone in construction zone.

Saturday, Feb. 22

12Driving under the influence: Andrew C. Malek, 25, 1600 block of Imperial Circle; 6:33 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Royal St. George Drive; charged with DUI, after being “found passed out behind wheel of vehicle in gear, with foot on brake.”

13Disorderly conduct: Sarah M. Koziel, 18, 1400 block of Monarch Circle; Darrell E. Thomas, 26, Wheaton; and Shaianne P. Williams, 20, 500 block of Fessler Avenue; 8:17 a.m. at Williams’ home; all three charged with disorderly conduct.

14Property damage: Between 5:50 p.m. Feb. 21 and 9:50 a.m., mailbox damaged outside house on 700 block of Century Farm Lane.

15Shoplifting: Ji Wang, age and home town nor provided; 10:47 a.m. at Costco, 1320 S. Route 59; charged with retail theft, after concealing unspecified supplements inside her coat and then leaving store without paying for them.

16Theft: Between 10 p.m. Feb. 21 and 11:32 a.m., cell phone stolen after owner misplaced it while inside AMC Showplace Naperville 16 movie theater complex, 2815 Showplace Drive.

17Aggravated assault: Nathan M. Pope, 30, 100 block of East Bailey Road; 1:01 p.m. at home; charged with aggravated assault.

18Disorderly conduct: About 4:11 p.m., “threatening note” found on vehicle parked on 1300 block of Crab Apple Court; note apparently written and left by unidentified motorist, following traffic altercation with owner of parked vehicle.

19Aggravated battery: Rodney V. Dunmars, 48, Chicago; 4:40 p.m. at Costco, 1320 S. Route 59; charged with two counts aggravated battery of a peace officer and one count retail theft, after he “punched two security guards while attempting to escape” during apparent shoplifting incident.

20Shoplifting: Emelia T. Velazquez-Denieto, 71, Aurora; 5:21 p.m. at Goodwill Industries, 539 Fort Hill Drive; charged with retail theft, after allegedly being caught switching price tags on merchandise.

21Shoplifting: Anthony R. Ward, 29, 500 block of North River Road; 5:40 p.m. at Jewel-Osco, 1759 W. Ogden Ave.; charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

22Abandoned vehicle: About 6:07 p.m., vehicle towed by police after being found abandoned at intersection of 75th Street and Modaff Road.

23Marijuana possession: Shannon Q. Garrity, 21, 2700 block of Rolling Meadows Drive; 11:46 p.m. near Mobile Court and West Street; charged with possession of marijuana and speeding.

Sunday, Feb. 23

24DUI: Aleksandra K. Kumor, 20, 1300 block of Haverhill Circle; followed at 12:33 a.m. to North Aurora Road and Pennsbury Lane, Aurora; charged with two counts DUI and one count each consumption of liquor by minor, improper lane use and speeding.

25DUI: Roberto Gomez, 47, Aurora; 1:52 a.m. near Ferry Road and Route 59; charged with two counts DUI and one count each illegal possession or transportation of liquor, failure to signal and improper lane use.

26Stink bomb use: Roberto Ocampo, 23, Elmwood Park; 2:01 a.m. near Frankie’s Blue Room, 16 W. Chicago Ave.; charged with depositing stink bomb and public urination.

27DUI: Pawel Mikolajczyk, 28, Bolingbrook; 2:16 a.m. near 75th Street and Bell Drive; charged with DUI and improper lane use, after rolling his vehicle over on pavement.

28Interfering with police: Michael J. Kuglin, 23, Frankfort; 3:27 a.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, “after causing disturbance in bonding lobby.”

29DUI: Cristopher J. Valladares, 29, home town not provided; 4:56 a.m. following traffic crash near Ogden Avenue and Raymond Drive; unspecified, minor injuries reported in crash, Valladares charged with DUI.

30Stolen vehicle: Between 11 p.m. Feb. 21 and 10:42 a.m. today, stolen vehicle found damaged on 400 block of East Bailey Road; report provided no further information.
