Booster Club raises $12,000 at school fashion show

The 14th annual Seniors on Parade fashion show attracted more than 450 spectators Feb. 24 at Bobak’s Signature Room in Woodridge.

After lunch, 135 Naperville North High School senior models representing extra-curricular teams and clubs showcased fashions from local independent retailers as well as national chains with outlets in Naperville.

The Booster Club raised $12,000 to help support student activities at the school.

This year’s “Pride of North — The Mane Event” began with sounds of the school’s award-winning jazz band followed by the Vocal Pop Chorus. Guests could purchase tickets to try their luck at winning one of the 50 raffle baskets donated by many parents and local businesses.

From athletic wear to day wear to the always popular prom wear, the fashions and the models electrified the crowd.
