U.S. Acting Chief of Protocol Natalie Jones, a Naperville Central High School graduate, poses with President Barack Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry, Pope Francis and members of the U.S. delegation at the Vatican.

Jones (far left) is a 1998 graduate of Naperville Central and a 2002 graduate of Emory University in Atlanta. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband.

As the Acting Chief of Protocol, Jones is responsible for advising key White House officials, including the president, on matters of diplomatic protocol.
