2Warrant: Donna M. Muehlnickel, 44, 300 block of Cedarbrook Road; 8:15 a.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.; surrendered on outstanding, $150 DuPage County arrest warrant for contempt of court.
3Unwanted subject: About 1:32 p.m., police responded to complaint of unwanted subject on 900 block of East Diehl Road; report provided no further information.
4Unlicensed taxicab: About 5:42 p.m., unidentified motorist issued city of Naperville ticket for operating taxi without a license at Metra Railway Fourth Avenue commuter train station, 105 E. Fourth Ave.
5Order of protection violation: Michael G. Michalski, 51, 700 block of Royal St. George Drive; 6:09 p.m. near Benedetti and Royal St. George drives; charged with violating order of protection.
6Warrant: Christopher E. Tweed, 30, 0-99 block of Quail Hollow Court; 6:24 p.m. on 1700 block of North Aurora Road; taken into custody on outstanding, $1,000 arrest warrant.
7Reckless driving: Grant W. McCarrell, 21, Aurora; 6:46 p.m. near Platinum Avenue and Bond Street; charged with reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions, driving without insurance and improper lane use.
8Marijuana possession: Jesse D. Brock, 22, Woodridge; 9:01 p.m. near McCoy Drive and Route 59; charged with possession of marijuana and a vehicular lighting violation.
9Excessive speeding: Brett M. Uftring, 34, Joliet; 10:41 p.m. near 75th Street and Route 59; charged with driving 90 mph in a 45-mph zone.
10Vandalism: A 46-year-old woman reported between 5:30 and 11:50 p.m., raw eggs hurled and shattered against parked vehicle and home on 4700 block of Mather Drive; paint damage reported.

11Order of protection violation: Nicholas A. Abbott, 26, 0-99 block of South Naper Boulevard; 12:01 a.m. at home; charged with violating order of protection; also taken into custody on outstanding arrest warrant.
12DUI: Joseph E. Mensik, 40, Oswego; 2:12 a.m. near 103rd Street and Helene Avenue; charged with DUI.
13DUI: Peter O. Kolb, 31, Warrenville; 2:15 a.m. near Ferry Road and Route 59; charged with two counts DUI and one count following another vehicle too closely.
14Battery: Damein A. Dixon, 24, 1200 block of Clyde Drive; 2:33 a.m. near Jimmy Johns, 19 W. Jefferson Ave.; charged with two counts battery and one count battery causing bodily harm.
15DUI: Dragomir S. Sdravev, 23, Aurora; 3:11 a.m. near 75th Street and Oxford Lane; charged with two counts DUI and one count each wrong lane use and driving without insurance.
16DUI: John E. Kalacinski, 47, 2700 block of Spinner Court; 7:49 a.m. at home; charged with DUI.
17Marijuana possession: About 2:29 p.m., unidentified motorist charged with possession of 30 grams or less marijuana, following traffic stop on 700 block of Royal St. George Drive.
18Warrant: Joe D. Kuehn, 43, 24000 block of Robin Lane; 6:51 p.m. at home; taken into custody on outstanding arrest warrant.
19Marijuana possession: Charles T. Johnson, 21, 2900 block of Rutland Circle; 6:59 p.m. near 75th Street and Plainfield-Naperville Road; charged with possession of marijuana, driving without a license and driving without insurance; passenger Gregory G. Spencer, 23, Canton, Ga., taken into custody on outstanding arrest warrant.
20Suspicious incident: Woman reported about 8:40 p.m., unidentified male found on deck of home on 3000 block of Brossman Street; intruder fled when confronted by woman.
21Warrant: Rashan O. Floyd, 41, Lisle; 8:56 p.m. near Quincy and Ogden avenues; taken into custody on outstanding, $2,500 DuPage County arrest warrant.
22Underage drinking: About 9:10 p.m., unspecified number of suspicious-acting juveniles stopped near 95th Street and Book Road; issued city of Naperville tickets for illegal consumption of alcohol by minors and possession of drug paraphernalia.
23Suspended license: Krystal Y. Santana, 22, Cicero; 9:48 p.m. near Martin Avenue and Washington Street; charged with driving with a suspended license and two counts driving without insurance.
24Vehicle burglary attempt: About 11:30 p.m., employee of unidentified monitoring service called police to report GPS alarm activation on 500 block of Kiowa Drive; “the area was searched, and the subject was not located.”
