Once a stalker, always a stalker

A man who was arrested three years ago and put on trial for stalking a woman from Naperville — only to later be declared not guilty by reason of insanity in that case — has been charged with stalking her again.

Fouzan A. Quaiser is a recent student of Benedictine University in Lisle. The 28-year-old Roselle man has a criminal record that includes convictions for domestic violence, battery and drug possession, according to court documents.


A man from Lisle is free on bond and awaiting trial, after being accused of exposing or fondling himself twice over a four-day period in separate incidents in Naperville and Downers Grove.

Reyes J. Morales, 28, is charged with two misdemeanor counts of public indecency/lewd exposure in the crimes that allegedly occurred earlier this month, according to police and records on file in DuPage County Circuit Court in Wheaton.

Coke problem

Vehicle burglary: A 40-year-old woman reported between 6 p.m. April 22 and 6:30 a.m., Toyota Rav-4 entered and ransacked while parked on west side of home on 100 block of East Bailey Road; 24-can case of diet Coke stolen.
