Body of man swept away in river ID’d as Naperville resident

The body of a man swept away in the Illinois River on Saturday has been identified as Naperville resident Alberto Rodriguez, 35, according to ABC 7 Chicago.

The body of a Naperville man swept away by an Illinois River current Saturday while cooling off has been identified. 

A half-mile east of the Illini Park boat ramp in Seneca, Alberto Rodriguez, 35, was swept away about 4:20 p.m. after jumping in from an anchored boat.
