Stinky Situation

A 48-year-old man reported about 6:48 p.m., three unidentified males threw raw eggs and feces at residence on 600 block of North Eagle Street.

No, your other left

About 12:02 p.m., 16-year-old motorist mistakenly pressed gas pedal instead of brake while attempting to park in lot of Country Curtains, 233 S. Main St.; vehicle drove over parking block and hit front window of store, damaging window and frame; no injuries reported; no tickets issued, as crash occurred on private property.

This is the last straw

About 2:18 p.m., security worker stopped two women ages 65 and 67 at Menards, 715 Fort Hill Drive, “for stealing plastic straws;” report did not indicate whether women were arrested or ticketed.

Jacob D. Reed, 21, West Chicago; 12:31 a.m. at Rizzo’s, 6 W. Jefferson Ave.; charged with fighting, after he “head-butted” a 28-year-old man.

Dining Under the Influence

About 6:21 p.m., unspecified number of unidentified people were “highly intoxicated (and) causing disturbance” inside unidentified restaurant on 1700 block of Freedom Drive; all were ejected and given “no trespassing” warnings.
