It’s fun, it helps build a team, it’s at work, and it promises big results. Chicago-based leadership development consulting firm Xcellero is one of only a few authorized to apply strategies from “The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team,” the best-selling book by Patrick Lencioni.

The company plans to market the program to Naperville companies.

The team development program has one goal: “To help team members understand, embrace and put into practice ‘The Five Behaviors.’”

The five behaviors are: build trust, master conflict, achieve commitment, embrace accountability and focus on results.

“Over the years we have worked with many Naperville businesses, and we are excited to be able to bring them the most current leadership offerings,” says Andy Kindler, managing partner of Xcellero Leadership Inc., founded with Doug McKinley in 2012 in Chicago.

“We are happy to welcome Doug McKinley and Andy Kindler to the global network of authorized partners who are now offering The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team to their clients in the HR, training and organizational development space,” says Barry Davis, vice president and general manager of Wiley, a firm who has published the works of more than 450 Nobel laureates worldwide in a number of categories.
