Thursday, Oct. 10
1Theft: A 53-year-old woman reported between 5 p.m. Oct. 9 and 5 p.m. today, brand-new fire pit and deck umbrella stolen from outside home on 900 block of Greensboro Court.
Friday, Oct. 11
2Vehicle burglaries: A 44-year-old man reported between 8 p.m. Oct. 10 and 4:30 a.m., chain-link fence was cut and entry made to property on 1700 block of North Aurora Road; “numerous gas-powered, hand-held landscaping tools” stolen from several trailers there.
3Suspended license: Esteban D. Cortes-Vega, 33, Aurora; 8:12 a.m. on 500 block of West Fifth Avenue; charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
4Theft: Unidentified sales associate reported between 9 p.m. Oct. 10 and 9 a.m., 20-inch-long, 14-karat gold chain valued at $2,199 stolen from unidentified business on 500 block of Route 59.
5Suspended license: Portia T. Bass, 25, Downers Grove; 10:47 a.m. near Speedway, 1712 W. Ogden Ave.; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and a registration violation.
6Dispute: About 5 p.m., police summoned to settle dispute following “physical contact between parties” after argument over price of work done on 1200 block of Rickert Drive.
7Suspicious incident: A 50-year-old woman reported about 6:08 p.m., she became involved in traffic altercation on 1000 block of North Mill Street, “and is concerned with her safety, due to the other party following her and taking pictures.”
8Battery: A 40-year old woman reported at 7:49 p.m. and earlier, “she was touched inappropriately by a co-worker” at unidentified business on 2100 block of CityGate Lane.
9Trespassing: Ryan T. Jadwin, 22, 700 block of De Lasalle Court; 10:48 p.m. near Wendy Drive and Alamosa Court; charged with criminal trespass to residence, possession of stolen property and possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana; also wanted on a warrant.
Saturday, Oct. 12
10Disorderly conduct: Edgar S. Dominguez-Peralta, 22, Carbondale; 12:50 a.m. at Features Bar & Grill, 14 W. Chicago Ave.; charged with disorderly conduct/breach of peace.
11Theft: A 23-year-old woman reported between 11:45 p.m. Oct. 11 and 1 a.m., theft occurred on 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue; report provided no further information.
12Public urination: About 1:55 a.m., unidentified male or female ticketed for urinating in public on 200 block of South Main Street.
13Shoplifting: Rhodi E. Hatzilabrou, 23, St. Charles; 2:08 a.m. at Features Bar & Grill, 14 W. Chicago Ave.; charged with retail theft.
14Theft: A 50-year-old man reported between 2 and 2:12 a.m., theft occurred at Aurora Avenue and Route 59; report provided no further information.
15Driving under the influence: Raymond T. Turvey, 24, Joliet; 2:23 a.m. near Martin Avenue and Washington Street; charged with DUI, disobeying a traffic control signal, disobeying a stop sign and improper lane use.
16Shoplifting: Abanob George, 18, 2800 block of Cantore Road; 9:35 a.m. on 3300 block of South Route 59; charged with retail theft and possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana, after police found $135 worth of pet supplies stolen from unidentified store in his car.
17Vehicle burglary: During overnight hours and sometime before 11:54 a.m., small box trailer forced open on 1400 block of 95th Street; camping gear and other property found undisturbed inside trailer.
18Shoplifting: George R. Pezza, 24, 8S400 block of Bell Drive; 6:56 p.m. at home; charged with retail theft.
19Suspended license: Juan A. Montemayor, 22, North Aurora; 7:47 p.m. at New York Street and Route 59, Aurora; charged with driving with a suspended license; also wanted on three warrants.
20Suspended license: Michael G. Maksimovic, 24, 1200 block of Chalet Road; 11:17 p.m. near Chalet and River roads; charged with driving with a suspended license and resisting a peace officer, for trying to walk away from area after police stopped his vehicle.
21Fake ID: Between 11:40 and 11:52 p.m., in separate incidents, two teenagers or young adults ticketed for misrepresentation of age by minors, after trying to use phony identification to enter unidentified bar on 0-99 block of West Chicago Avenue.
Sunday, Oct. 13
22DUI: James P. McInerney, 23, Bolingbrook; 1:46 a.m. near Hobson Road and Olesen Drive; charged with two counts DUI and one count each making improper turn at intersection and improper lane use.
23Suspended license: Sholjmit T. Pullin, 26, Bolingbrook; 2:05 a.m. near Aurora and Ogden avenues; charged with driving with a suspended license.
24DUI: Kory R. Seddon, 21, Shorewood; 2:27 a.m., after crashing 2000 Pontiac Grand Am into guardrail near Aurora Avenue and West Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count each illegal possession or transportation of liquor and improper lane use.
25Vandalism: Between 5 p.m. Oct. 11 and 3:28 a.m. today, white and red spray paint used to make two “anarchy” symbols, letters “OF” and “a cartoon ‘evil face’ with large teeth” on campus of Mary Lou Cowlishaw Elementary School, 1212 Sanctuary Lane.
26Disorderly conduct: Jeffrey S. Murphy, 55, 2400 block of Sheehan Drive; 4:27 p.m. near 87th Street and Sheehan Drive; charged with disorderly conduct/breach of peace.
27Suspended license: Ricky A. Glover, 32, Wheaton; 5:30 p.m. near Douglas Avenue and Washington Street; charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana and improper use of registration or title.
28Trespassing: Antonio L. Joyner, 36, Evanston; 6:27 p.m. near Naperville North High School, 899 N. Mill St.; charged with criminal trespass to land and interfering with police, for “allegedly swearing around children at a youth football game;” Joyner responded with profanity when asked by staff to control himself, and again after being asked to leave area, first by staff and then by police.
29Underage drinking: About 7:44 p.m., following telephone call concerning suspicious activity, three juveniles ticketed for illegal consumption of alcohol by minors near Rosinweed and Switch Grass lanes.
30Theft: Santonika N. Flowers, 19, Hazel Crest; 10:54 p.m. on 200 block of East Bailey Road; charged with theft of lost or mislaid property.
