Wednesday, Oct. 23
1Theft: A woman reported between 3 and 3:20 p.m., 10-year-old daughter’s Buffet B-flat clarinet valued at $1,098 stolen on or near campus of Arlene Welch Elementary School, 2620 Leverenz Road.
Thursday, Oct. 24
2Burglary: Between 6:15 and 7:45 p.m., girls’ 20-inch Next “Pretty In Pink” bicycle stolen from locked garage of home on 1800 block of Santa Fe Drive.
Friday, Oct. 25
3Theft: Between 6 p.m. Oct. 24 and 6:45 a.m., maroon-colored, women’s 16-inch Schwinn Searcher Transit bicycle valued at $200 stolen from fenced-in backyard of home on 400 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
4Trespassing: About 1:15 p.m., police ordered unidentified male or female to leave Goodwill Industries, 539 Fort Hill Drive; suspect on Sept. 25 had been given “no trespassing” order concerning the business.
5Suspicious incident: About 1:35 p.m., police responded to home or business on 800 block of West Fifth Avenue, after unidentified male or female “received a nasty letter.”
6Disorderly conduct: Nicholas J. O’Neill, 24, 900 block of North Brainard Street; 2:05 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Raymond Drive; charged with disorderly conduct/breach of peace following traffic altercation.
7Suspicious incident: About 2:34 p.m., female motorist reported she believed windshield of her vehicle was deliberately “chipped” by unidentified windshield washer on 800 block of South Route 59, “so they can offer windshield repair service.”
8Shoplifting: Kevin P. Boyle, 47, and Angela M. Rodriguez, 33, both of Aurora; 3:03 p.m. at Menards, 715 Fort Hill Drive; both charged with retail theft.
9Police impersonation: Matthew T. Stanton, 24, Lisle; 3:50 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.; charged with two counts false impersonation of a peace officer.
10Theft: About 5:36 p.m., unidentified black woman wearing eyeglasses and gray sweater “did not care for the green beans that came with her fried catfish dinner, and decided to leave” unidentified restaurant on 1800 block of West Diehl Road without paying for meal.
11Driving under the influence: Jeanetta M. Sutherland, 59, 30W700 block of Whispering Winds Drive; 7:02 p.m. at home; charged with two counts DUI and one count illegal possession or transportation liquor.
12Underage drinking: James M. Barnett, 18, 3300 block of Fairmont Avenue; 9:21 p.m. in room at Fairmont Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville, 1820 Abriter Court; charged with consumption of alcohol by minor and obstruction of justice; three unidentified young adults or juveniles also found in room at time; report did not indicate whether additional arrests were made or tickets issued.
13DUI: Lisa A. Ignash, 31, 400 block of River Bend Road; 10:15 p.m. near Chicago Avenue and Washington Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count each leaving scene of accident involving vehicle damage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions; police said Ignash’s vehicle rear-ended another in nearby city of Naperville pubic parking deck, with Ignash then walking away without exchanging information with other motorist.

14DUI: Nathaneal T. Wade, 19, Aurora; 12:05 a.m. near Gowdey Road and Tudor Drive; charged with two counts DUI and one count each illegal possession or transportation liquor, crossing double yellow line in roadway and not driving on right side of two-lane road.
15DUI: Tricia A. Taylor, 43, Mokena; 12:20 a.m. near Royal Worlington Drive and Route 59; charged with two counts DUI and one count improper lane use.
16DUI: Edwardo L. Mems, 26, Lisle; 1:05 a.m. near Plank and Radcliff roads; charged with DUI.
17Fighting: Bradley J. Lucas, 24, 600 block of Wellner Road; 1:34 a.m. at The Lantern, 8 W. Chicago Ave.; charged with fighting.
18Vehicle burglary: Between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 25 and 7:30 a.m., pair of brand-new Nike Air Jordan shoes stolen from unlocked vehicle parked outside home on 1900 block of Nutmeg Lane.
19Theft: Between 6 p.m. Oct. 24 and 8:30 a.m. today, single license plate and two sets of plates stolen from three vehicles on lot of unidentified automobile dealership on 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
20Fleeing crash scene: Timothy J. H. Churchill, 18, 700 block of Benedetti Drive; 10:17 p.m. near Green Trails Drive and Chesterfield Avenue; charged with leaving scene of accident involving vehicle damage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions, driving without insurance and speeding.
