Monday, Oct. 14
Suspended license: Luis F. Ruiz, 24, West Chicago; 12:02 a.m. near Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, 620 S. Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license.
Marijuana possession: About 1:53 a.m., unidentified motorist and passenger stopped by police near New York Street and Route 59, Aurora; passenger ticketed for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft: A 41-year-old man reported between 10 p.m. Oct. 13 and 5 a.m., theft occurred on 3700 block of Falkner Drive; report provided no further information.
Disorderly conduct: About 10 a.m., 47-year-old electric supervisor for city of Naperville reported on two occasions, employees were threatened by white man in his 20s on 200 block of Danbury Drive; man “also related that he was a Korean War veteran.”
Vandalism: Between noon Oct. 11 and 2:49 p.m. today, street gang graffiti printed in washable, brown marking pen on side lights to back doors of three buildings in apartment complex on 700 block of Inland Circle.
Theft: A 45-year-old man reported between 5 and 5:55 p.m., 10-foot skate rail stolen from side of home on 1000 block of Campbell Drive.
Suspicious incident: About 7:08 p.m., three unidentified homeless people found outside Walgreens, 3035 Book Road; one arrested on outstanding warrant.
Marijuana possession: Kyle L. Mills, 23, Joliet; 8:53 p.m. on 1000 block of Douglas Avenue; charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana.
Suspicious incident: About 9:01 p.m., police called to investigate report of marijuana burning in apartment on 800 block of Greenwood Circle; unidentified male or female there arrested on outstanding DuPage County warrant.
Marijuana possession: Patrick C. Berg, 19, 1900 block of Continental Avenue; and Adam I. Murrell, 20, Wheaton; 11:27 p.m. in car parked in Metra Railway Route 59 commuter train station lot, 475 Fairway Drive; both charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
