Any business owner can tell you networking and collaboration are the keys to success in a thriving community. To provide businesses with the opportunity to work together and tap into new resources, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce has organized several leads groups called TEAMS (Together Everyone Achieves More). There are 10 of these TEAMs comprised of non-competing businesses that regularly meet to brainstorm unique marketing solutions and generate new leads for all members.

While there has been improvement in the Illinois economy, plenty of room remains to expand businesses and grow the local economy. TEAM leads groups encourage business owners to ask for help in reputation enhancement and lead generation. By bringing business leaders from a broad range of backgrounds together, TEAMs provide unique opportunities for growth in businesses across the community.
Adoption of local non-profit organizations
Most TEAMs give back to the community by volunteering time and resources to adopted non-profit organizations that serve the Naperville area. Each year a new non-profit is selected by participating TEAMs to further the growth of the community and lend a hand in the success of these valuable organizations.
History of TEAM success
2013 was a record-breaking year for the NACC’s TEAMs. Through exchanging nearly 500 leads, TEAM members generated nearly $1 million dollars of business during a year that may not have seen such stable profitability without the help of collaboration.
