Christmas tree pickup: The Naperville Township Road District will pick up Christmas trees discarded by residents in the unincorporated areas of Naperville Township starting Monday, Jan. 7, and on the succeeding Mondays in January. Learn business of being artist: North Central College’s 13th annual Self Employment in the Arts Conference from Feb. 22-23 will help aspiring artists learn to become successful entrepreneurs. The conference at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville Hotel, 3003 Corporate West Drive, Lisle, will start at 1 p.m. Feb. 22 and end at 4 p.m. Feb. 23.
