Naperville Community Television (NCTV17) wants to make sure voters are informed when they head to the poles April 9.

Beginning March 26, hopefuls running for City Council and school districts 203 and 204 will be featured in “Candidate Connection,” a 30-minute show providing all candidates a platform to address the community.

Each candidate was allowed up to eight minutes to discuss his or her most important issues. They were then edited together into 30-minute shows. Each episode is grouped by electoral race.

The City Council race has 11 candidates, including three incumbents, running for four open seats. Naperville School District 203 also has 11 candidates, including two incumbents running for four seats.

Indian Prairie School District 204 has seven candidates, including two incumbents, running for four four-year terms, and one running uncontested for the two-year term.

“Candidate Connection” will begin March 26 and air everyday up until Election Day.

And be sure to tune into NCTV17 on April 9 as we broadcast our annual live election show. Beginning at 9 p.m., we will have up-to-date results, in-studio commentary and candidate reactions from the field.
