ADOPT Pet Shelter

Fiona is a petite 3-year-old domestic short-haired torti who has been at ADOPT since August. Her owner moved “out of the country” and had to give her up. She is a sweet aloof girl who has so much love to give once she warms up to you. She is spayed, up to date on shots and prefers a home with no dogs.

Penny was adopted from ADOPT years ago and then dropped off at Chicago Animal Contol by her owners, and ADOPT took her back. Penny is in need of a home that will keep her for the rest of her years. She is an 8-year-old miniature pinscher. Penny enjoys curling up on the couch with people in the evenings, but chooses to sleep in her own bed at night. She loves to go on long walks and to chase squirrels in the yard. Penny would do best in a home with older or no children.
