These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the reports include when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

1Burglary to vehicle: Between 4:30 p.m. Feb. 7 and 8:45 a.m. Feb. 8 on the 1100 block of Iroquois Avenue; some compact discs were stolen from a vehicle.

2Driving with a suspended license: Rashon L. Harris, 30, Aurora; 4:21 p.m. at Brookdale Road and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license.

3Possession of marijuana: Sarah M. Brumlik, 25, Glen Ellyn; 7:33 p.m. on the 200 block of North Loomis Street; charged with possession of marijuana.

4Possession of drug paraphernalia: Felipe L. Jimenez, 21, Juan Bautista, 25, and Felipe E. Valencia, 26, all of the 800 block of North Loomis Street; 2:12 p.m. on the 800 block of North Loomis Street; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; Valencia also charged with obstructing justice, he was also wanted on an outstanding warrant.

5Driving under the influence: Melissa A. Mallinder, 20, Plainfield; on the 1600 block of North Route 59; charged with DUI, illegal lane usage, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

6Possession of drug paraphernalia: Maxine Perez, 24, Plainfield; 7:33 p.m. on the 200 block of North Loomis Street; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

7Outstanding warrant: Dustin W. Lacewell, 24, 30W100 block of Allister Drive; 12:01 a.m. on the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue; wanted on an outstanding warrant.

8Outsanding warrant: Brian J. Malenke, 29, 1400 block of Fairway Drive; 3:20 p.m. on the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue; wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Thursday, Feb. 9

9Vehicle trespass: Christian E. McDuffie, 32, 300 block of Center Street; 6:49 a.m. on 2600 block Rockport Lane; charged with criminal trespass to vehicle and resisting peace officer after he allegedly was highly intoxicated and entered a parked car in an apartment complex parking lot.

10Suspended license: Stewart D. Dabian, 43, Palos Hills; 9:25 a.m. at McDowell Road and Route 59; charged with driving on suspended/revoked license.

11Suspended license: Destiny S. Baker, 26, Bolingbrook; 11:04 a.m. at 103rd Street and Route 59; charged with driving on suspended/revoked license.

12Property damage: Between 11 p.m. Feb. 8 and 2 p.m. Feb. 9 on 1100 block Dickens Avenue, criminal damage to property.

13Suspended license: James E. Linsey, 47, Romeoville; 4:35 p.m. at Ace Lane and 111th Street; charged with driving on suspended/revoked license, muffler defects/no muffler and operating uninsured vehicle.

14Suspended license: Mohammed F. Haq, 30, 100 block of Olesen Drive; 4:49 p.m. at Ogden Avenue and Eagle Street; charged with driving on suspended/revoked license and squealing/screeching tires.

15Suspended license: Marnishia L. Robinson, 23, Chicago; 7:44 p.m. at Jefferson Avenue and Washington Street; charged with driving on suspended/revoked license, disobeying stop sign, not wearing seat belt and operating uninsured vehicle.

16Suspended license: Dwayne E. Butzen, 47, Lockport; 9:41 p.m. at Washington Street and Benton Avenue; charged with driving on suspended/revoked license and operating uninsured vehicle.
