These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Tuesday, Sept. 25
1Driving under the influence: Gregory M. Zois, 50, Plainfield; 11:31 p.m. at 111th Street and Route 59; charged with DUI, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed.
2Driving with a suspended license: Guadalupe J. Perez, 43, Lisle; 9:29 a.m. at College Road and Hobson Road; charged with driving with a suspended license.
Wednesday, Sept. 26
3Burglary to vehicle: Between 1:40 and 3 p.m. on the 1100 block of East Ogden Avenue; a car was burglarized.
4Damage to vehicle: Between 3:30 and 10 a.m. on the 1400 block of Knoll Drive; someone shattered the windshield of a parked vehicle.
5Theft: Elizabeth Ramirez, 20, Bolingbrook; 10:31 p.m. at Jefferson Avenue and Ogden Avenue; charged with theft.
6Driving with a suspended license: Kevin R. Mardigar, 26, 900 block of Genesee Court; 9:23 a.m. on the 1300 block of South Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
Thursday, Sept. 27
7Criminal trespass: Amir K. Alsharifi, 22, Chicago; 1:14 a.m. on the 100 block of Tupelo Avenue; charged wtih criminal trespass and violating bail bond.
8Driving under the influence: Elvis Gjinolli, 27, Plainfield; 1:24 a.m. at Gowdey Road and Route 59; charged with DUI and speeding.
9Residential burglary: Ignacio J. Constancio, 29, 500 block of North Washington Street; 10:34 a.m. on the 500 block of North Washington Street; charged with residential burglary.
10Possession of marijuana: Brandon E. Valentine, 28, Chicago; 9:42 p.m. on the 100 block of Fourth Avenue; charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, also wanted on two warrants.
