These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Thursday, Nov. 1
1Damage to property: Between 8 p.m. Oct. 31 and 7 a.m. Nov. 1 on the 5200 block of Cornflower Drive; a mailbox was damaged.
2Damage to property: Between 8 p.m. Oct. 31 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 1 on the 5300 block of Velvet Bent Court; a slat was pulled from a fence.
3Damage to vehicle: Between 9 p.m. Oct. 31 and 8 a.m. Nov. 1 on the 2800 block of Cedar Glade Drive; the back windshield of a vehicle was shattered.
4Damage to vehicle: During the night on the 0-99 block of East Gartner Road; a license plate light of a vehicle was broken and the vehicle scratched.
5Obstructing justice: Jennifer L. O’Connor, 42, 2200 block of Woodland Circle; 10:27 p.m. at home; charged with obstructing justice and driving without a license.
6Manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance: Mustafa I. Habbal, 18, 1700 block of Denison Road; 4:48 p.m. at 75th Street and Washington Street; charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
7Possession of marijuana: Shumiaye I. Hall, 23, 2000 block of Vanderbilt Court; 12:51 a.m. at 75th Street and Plainfield-Naperville Road; charged with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving without a muffler.
8Outstanding warrant: Alexander Tewar, 42, 2300 block of Woodview Lane; 3 p.m. at home; wanted on an outstanding warrant.
9Driving with a suspended license: Audrey M. Davis, 34, Warrenville; 3:40 p.m. at Ferry Road and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license, also wanted on an outstanding warrant.
10Driving with a suspended license: Paul C. Lonis, 43, Hoffman Estates; 10:44 p.m. at Raymond Drive and Ferry Road; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance; also wanted on an outstanding warrant.
