Police report

These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Tuesday, Nov. 13

1Burglary to vehicle: Between 11:15 p.m. Nov. 12 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 13 on the 1800 block of Centre Point Drive; someone broke into a vehicle and tampered with the ignition.

2Burglary to vehicle: Between 10:15 and 10:42 a.m. on the 400 block of Gateshead Drive; a GPS was stolen from a vehicle.

3Theft: During the afternoon at a store on the 700 block of South Route 59; a box of condoms was stolen.

4Computer tampering: Fred W. Abrams, 48, 1300 block of East Chicago Avenue; 6:56 p.m. on the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue; charged with two counts of computer tampering and violating an order of protection.

5Driving without a license: Victor A. Perez, 19, Aurora; 12:01 a.m. at Fort Hill Drive and Ogden Avenue; charged with driving without a license and speeding.

6Driving with a suspended license: Joy N. Singleton, 29, Chicago; 11:33 a.m. at Bauer Road and Apache Drive; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance, also wanted on an outstanding warrant.

7Possession of drug paraphernalia: Katharyn A. Ciesielski, 25, Warrenville; 1:16 p.m. at Route 59 and 83rd Street; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

8Criminal trespass: Yolanda Huerta, 24, Lisle; 3:50 p.m. on the 0-99 block of South Washington Street; charged with criminal trespass.

9Retail theft: Joshua D. Sandoval, 20, and Christoper J. Loyd, 21, both of Aurora; 7:46 p.m. on the 700 block of South Route 59; charged with retail theft.

10Driving with a suspended license: Paul D. Puleo, 34, Homer Glen; 9:47 p.m. at Aurora Avenue and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

11Retail theft: Terric J. Ratz, 23, Aurora; 10:48 p.m. on the 1900 block of North Aurora Road; charged with retail theft.
