These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Thursday, Dec. 6
1 Theft: At about 1:19 a.m. on the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue; a phone was stolen from a bar.
2 Driving under the influence: Ervis Deliu, 27, Glen Ellyn; 12:23 a.m. at Seventh Avenue and Washington Street; charged with DUI, illegal lane usage and speeding.
3 Retail theft: Darlene A. Miller, 22, Hazel Crest, Laquana T. Moore, 23, Chicago, and Ruby D. Bowles, 27, Riverdale; 9:13 p.m. on the 300 block of South Route 59; charged with retail theft and burglary.
4 Interfering with an officer: Humberto Tochimani, 28, Aurora; 5:16 p.m. on the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive; charged with interfering with an officer.
5 Violation of bail bond: Yanet Coyote, 20, 100 block of Testa Drive; 8:23 p.m. at home; charged with violation of bail bond.
6 Possession of marijuana: Robert A. Heinz, 21, 3700 block of Sunburst Lane; 3:58 p.m. on the 4200 block of Shady Trail; charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and having a defective rear windshield.
7 Driving with a suspended license: Joseph L. Belmonte, 18, 300 block of South River Street; 5:19 p.m. on the 1200 block of West Ogden Avenue; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
8 Possession of marijuna: Reece L. Gilliam, 19, 500 block of Alexandria, and Nathaniel V. Laut, 19, 1600 block of Auburn Lane; 10:29 p.m. at Bailey Road and Killdeer Avenue; charged with possession of marijuana; Laut also charged with driving with expired registration, driving with an obstructed view and making an improper turn.
9 DUI: Adrian L. Moreno, 22, Plainfield; 12:47 a.m. on the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue; charged with DUI and disorderly conduct.
