These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Friday, Dec. 7
1Driving under the influence: Manuel A. Nacpil, 24, Forest Park; 1:01 a.m. near Fey & Co., 833 N. Washington St.; charged with two counts DUI and one count each driving 31-40 mph over posted speed limit and failure to signal.
2Vehicle burglary: About 7:02 p.m., motorist reported picking up food order at Little Italian Pizza, 373 E. Bailey Road, leaving vehicle unlocked for five minutes; Samsung wireless telephone left inside vehicle stolen during interim.
3DUI: Reagan A. Signorelli, 48, 1200 block of North Eagle Street; 9:51 p.m. at home; charged with DUI/drugs and contributing to delinquency of minor.
4Battery: Allsison K. Kennedy, 30, Chicago; 11:02 p.m. near Chicago Avenue and Main Street; charged with battery.
Saturday, Dec. 8
5DUI: Pedro Abarca-Morales, 38, Lisle; 2:13 a.m. near Jackson Avenue and Webster Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count each illegal possession or transportation of liquor and improper lane use.
6DUI: Saul Melchor, 28, Bolingbrook; 2:50 a.m. near Cantore Road and Route 59; charged with two counts DUI and one count each driving while license suspended and speeding.
7DUI: Christopher J. Peterson, 40, 2100 block of Allegre Circle; 3:22 a.m. near McDonald’s, 1376 N. Route 59; charged with two counts DUI.
8Improper lane use: About 4:43 a.m., unidentified motorist cited for improper lane use near Appomattox Circle and Williamsburg Drive, after vehicle ran over curb and struck landscaping rock, puncturing the fuel tank.
9Vehicle burglary: Between 10 p.m. Dec. 7 and 7:20 a.m. Dec. 8, vehicle burglarized while parked on 3500 block of Falkner Drive; report provided no further information.
10Suspended license: Nicole V. Hilgers, 27, 3300 block of Rosecroft Lane; 2:45 p.m. near Meridian Parkway and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with an expired registration.
11Property damage: About 8:17 p.m., hurled pumpkin damaged mailbox outside home on 3500 block of Timber Creek Lane.
12Marijuana possession: About 8:44 p.m., unidentified motorist cited for possession of 30 grams or less marijuana during traffic stop near 95th Street and Book Road.
13Suspended license: Jose V. Hernandez, 54, Glendale Heights; 10:12 p.m. near Ogden and Vest avenues; charged with driving with a suspended license and illegal possession or transportation of liquor.
14Drug paraphernalia possession: Kevin C. McCormick, 20, 0-99 block of South Freemont Street; 10:26 p.m. near 87th Street and Plainfield-Naperville Road; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with an expired registration.
15Drug paraphernalia possession: Daniel Palma, 19, 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive; and Jorge Gaytan, 19, 700 block of Royal St. George Drive; 11:18 p.m. near Van Buren Avenue and Webster Street; both charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; Palma also charged with possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
Sunday, Dec. 9
16DUI: Cristian P. Pokorni, 36, Brookfield; 1:36 a.m. near Egg Harbor Cafe, 175 W. Jackson Ave.; charged with two counts DUI and one count improper lane use.
17DUI: Sarwat S. Khan, 41, Aurora; 1:59 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Washington Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count speeding.
18DUI: Braxton S. Dorris, 42, Bellwood; 2:58 a.m. on campus of Alcatel-Lucent, 1960 Lucent Drive; charged with DUI afer being found inside vehicle and off roadway.
19Trespassing: Rohan N. Dobson, 29, living at Homestead-Studio Suites, 1827 Centre Point Circle; 2:05 p.m. at North Central College’s Kroehler Science Center, 40 N. Brainard St.; charged with criminal trespass to land and fighting.
20DUI: Mohammad S. Akram, 67, Plainfield; 7:38 p.m. near Dunkin’ Donuts, 3108 S. Route 59; charged with DUI.
21Unlicensed driver: Manuel D. Moreno, 52, 0-99 block of Testa Drive; 8:45 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and River Road; charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance, disregarding a stop sign and a headlights violation, after being observed driving through stop sign at 25 mph with headlights off.
22Warrant arrest: About 9:07 p.m., police summoned for report of people smoking in stairwell of apartment building on 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue; smoking report proved unfounded, but one subject arrested on warrant.
