These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Thursday, Dec. 13
1 Vehicle trespassing: A 36-year-old woman reported between 7:15 p.m. Dec. 12 and 8:25 a.m., locked vehicle’s interior and trunk entered and ransacked while vehicle was parked in driveway of home on 800 block of Canyon Run Road; nothing apparently stolen.
2 Warrant service: John S. Espinosa, 53, 400 block of Laura Court; 10:45 a.m. at home; arrested on outstanding warrant.
3 Driving under the influence: Dominic F. Depillo, 21, 6S500 block of Naper Boulevard; 1:45 p.m. near 75th Street and Book Road; charged with DUI/drugs, driving without a license, driving without insurance and following another vehicle too closely.
4 Drug paraphernalia possession: Jonathan M. Vedova, 19, 900 block of Kennebec Lane; and Christopher M. Dionesotes, 19, 1000 block of Amberwood Circle; 10:42 p.m. on 900 block Greensboro Court; both charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; Vedova also charged with driving without a license; Dionesotes also charged with possession of marijuana.
