These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Tuesday, Dec. 18
1 Suspended license: Tomm J. Sosnowski, 29, Darien; 12:52 p.m. near 75th Street and Gartner Road; charged with driving with a suspended license; also wanted on a warrant.
2 Drug possession: Stephen M. Komoll, 23, 400 block of Carriage Hill Drive; 4:37 p.m. near Bailey Road and Coach Drive; charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 2.5 grams or less marijuana; and Ronald G. Komoll, 50, same address; 7:50 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 2.5 but less than 10 grams marijuana.
3 Suspended license: Antonio Del Pilar, 47, West Chicago; 11:04 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive; charged with driving with a suspended license.
Thursday, Dec. 20
4 Burglary to vehicle: Between 10 p.m. Dec. 19 and 6:06 a.m. Dec. 20 on the 2700 block of Alyssa Drive; sunglasses and $12 were stolen from a vehicle.
5 Damage to property: During the night on the 100 block of Fourth Avenue; graffiti was painted on a building.
6 Theft: At 3:44 p.m. on the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue; someone tried to steal a bag of groceries.
7 Burglary to vehicle: Between 10 p.m. Dec. 19 and 2 a.m. Dec. 20 on the 2300 block of Hartford Court; a pair of 3D movie glasses were stolen from a vehicle.
8 Retail theft: Alan Carrillo, 20, North Aurora; 9:38 p.m. on the 700 block of South Route 59; charged with retail theft.
