Friday, Dec. 21
1Driving under the influence: Joby R. Bodi, 23, Richmond; 1:44 a.m. near Benton Avenue and Brainard Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count each disobeying a stop sign and failure to signal.
2Unlicensed driver: Carlos A. Acosta, 30, Woodridge; 4:20 p.m. near 75th Street and Naper Boulevard; charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance.
3Shoplifting: Adam P. Cappello, 21, 0-99 block of West Bailey Road; 5:25 p.m. at Kmart, 1199 E. Ogden Ave.; charged with retail theft.
4Marijuana possession: Thomas S. Verdone, 18, 23000 block of Joyce Lane; 10:47 p.m. near 95th Street and Book Road; charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Saturday, Dec. 22
5DUI: David Ramirez, 25, Aurora; 12:44 a.m. near Aurora and Ogden avenues; charged with two counts DUI and one count speeding.
6DUI: David L. Firszt, 66, Aurora; 12:58 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Shandrew Drive; charged with DUI and speeding.
7DUI: Kelly M. Kolpak, 27, Oswego; 1 a.m. near Grace Pointe Church, 1320 E. Chicago Ave.; charged with two counts DUI.
8DUI: Jacob N. MacPherson, 32, Aurora; 2:10 a.m. near Jefferson Avenue and Mill Street; charged with DUI, driving without insurance, disobeying a stop sign and improper lane use.
9DUI: Crisanto C. Mendez, 33, Bolingbrook; 4:01 a.m. near Ring Road and Washington Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count each driving without a license, criminal damage to property, improper lane use and speeding.
10Suspended license: Uriel Cantero, 24, Addison; 7:27 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Raymond Drive; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
11Shoplifting: Geraldine Fowlkes, 54, 1500 block of Raymond Drive; 11:20 a.m. at Marshalls, 240 S. Route 59; charged with retail theft and battery.
12Forgery: Michael V. Salerno, 23, 800 block of Tulip Lane; 1:30 p.m. at home; charged with forgery.
