Friday, Jan. 4
1Revoked license: Jacqueline M. Allen, 63, West Chicago; 8:46 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Route 59; charged with driving with a revoked license; also wanted on three warrants.
2Theft: A 74-year-old man reported sometime over past 10 days, portable heating dish valued at $60 stolen from home on 1100 block of Hidden Spring Drive; also, between 12:01 and 8:51 a.m., motorist drove over rear lawn of home near walking path along DuPage River, causing estimated $200 in damage.
3Obstructing identification: Dwayne Bennett, 53, Chicago; 4:34 p.m. at Menards, 715 Fort Hill Drive; charged with obstructing identification.
4Theft: A 54-year-old woman reported between 7 p.m. Jan. 3 and 4:38 p.m. Jan.4, theft occurred on 400 block of West Jefferson Avenue; report provided no further information.
5Shoplifting: Gabriela M. Deleon, 49, West Chicago; 5:44 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59; charged with retail theft and contributing to delinquency of minor, after instructing daughter to conceal merchandise and then leave store without paying for it.
6Marijuana possession: About 6:32 p.m., police investigated report of subjects smoking inside vehicle parked on 800 block of Pomeroon Street; one unidentified occupant charged with possession of marijuana.
7Forgery: Durell M. Jackson, 20, East Hazel Crest; 8:11 p.m. on 1200 block of South Naper Boulevard; charged with forgery and obstructing identification, after trying to pass counterfeit $100 bill at business and then giving false name and address to police.
8Warrant arrest: Alec L. Hartman, 18, 1700 block of Frost Lane; 9:22 p.m. at home; arrested on outstanding warrant.
9Underage drinking: About 10:26 p.m., three unidentified people found drinking on 300 block of East Benton Avenue; all ticketed for illegal consumption of alcohol by minors.
10Phony identification: Alyssa Romero, 20, home town not provided; 11:10 p.m. on 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue; ticketed for misrepresentation of age by minor, after trying to use fake identification to enter bar.
11Underage drinking: Richard Fernandez and Christian Ochoa, both 20, home towns not provided; 11:42 p.m. on 1500 block of West Aurora Avenue; ticketed for underage possession and consumption of alcohol by minors.
12Suspended license: Zachary D. Bavol, 18, 800 block of Manchester Street; 11:51 p.m. near Schillinger Court and Book Road; vehicle seized after Bavol charged with driving while license suspended, driving without insurance and a headlights violation.
Saturday, Jan. 5
13Drug paraphernalia possession: Charles T. Johnson, 20, 2900 block of Rutland Circle; 12:28 a.m. near Brunswick Zone, 1515 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with two counts possession of drug paraphernalia and one count possession of marijuana.
14Retail theft: Steven J. Raudenbush, 27, Chicago; 1:07 a.m. at Potter’s Place, 29 W. Jefferson Ave.; charged with retail theft after ordering and drinking seven vodka and Red Bull cocktails and then refusing to pay $63 bill.
15Battery: Michael T. Lavallee, 23, Bristol; 1:56 a.m. at Rizzo’s, 6 W. Jefferson Ave.; charged with battery and resisting a peace officer.
16Suspended license: Jason R. Mooi, 32, 2900 block of Bartlett Court; 3:51 a.m. near 104th Street and Plainfield-Naperville Road; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with defective window or windshield and failure to notify secretary of state’s office of change of address.
17Suspended license: Danny Hobbs, 23, Batavia; 8:03 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Tudor Drive; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with an expired registration.
18Vehicle burglaries: Between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 4 and 10 a.m. Jan. 5, iPad, locknut key and unspecified amount of money stolen from unlocked vehicle parked in driveway of home on 600 block of Balmoral Circle; unspecified amount of money stolen from unlocked vehicle parked in driveway of neighboring home; and car parked on street damaged by hit and run vehicle.
19Disorderly conduct: A 60-year-old man reported between 8 p.m. Jan. 4 and noon Jan. 5, raw eggs were hurled and shattered against rear door of home on 1100 block of George Lane.
20Battery: Danielle Frasor, 33, 1300 block of Duke Drive; 12:25 p.m. on campus of Edward Hospital, 801 S. Washington St.; charged with battery.
21Property damage: Between 11:55 p.m. Jan. 4 and 1 p.m. Jan. 5, property damage and attempted theft occurred on 200 block of East Fifth Avenue; report provided no further information.
22Theft: A 22-year-old man reported between 12:50 and 1:08 p.m., wireless telephone stolen from his gym bag while he was playing basketball at XSport Fitness, 2780 Fitness Drive.
23Retail theft: Mark D. Olson, 43, Aurora; 2:49 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Mill Street; charged with retail theft and driving with a suspended license; also wanted on a warrant.
24Property damage: About 9 p.m., police sent to settle argument between neighbors on 1900 block of Carlsbad Circle involving noisy children; one neighbor said the other kicked her door and split door frame during earlier quarrel.
25Suspended license: Mark E. Kennedy, 36, 800 block of Potomac Avenue; 9:44 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Naper Boulevard; charged with driving with a suspended license.
26Driving under the influence: William J. Cremer, 56, 1600 block of Dublin Drive; 10:14 p.m. near 111th Street and Chokeberry Drive; charged with DUI and improper lane use.
27Trespassing: Eric J. Fosse, age not provided, homeless; 10:23 p.m. on fifth floor of city of Naperville public parking deck, 43 W. Van Buren Ave.; charged with criminal trespass to land, after being found camping in vestibule area.
28Underage drinking: Brock D. Batka, age and home town not provided; 11:23 p.m. after being found unconscious in hallway of building on 200 block of East Chicago Avenue; taken to Edward Hospital for treatment; charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by minor.
29Revoked license: Francisco Dominguez, 31, 1100 block of Andover Court; 11:52 p.m. near Ogden and Fifth avenues; charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance, obstructing identification and improper lane use; also wanted on three warrants.

30Fighting: Andrew C. Malek, 24, 1700 block of Windward Avenue; 1:14 a.m. at BlackFinn American Saloon, 16 W. Jefferson Ave.; charged with fighting a 24-year-old man.
31Retail theft: Adrian Martinez, 24, Aurora; 2:02 a.m. at Five Guys Burgers & Fries, 22 E. Chicago Ave.; charged with retail theft for taking 50-lb. sack of potatoes from restaurant without paying for it.
32DUI: Robert J. Raimondi, 42, 4000 block of Schillinger Drive; 2:31 a.m. on 1200 block of Rickert Drive; charged with DUI, driving without insurance and failure to signal.
33Theft: A 27-year-old woman reported between 11 p.m. Jan. 5 and 8:30 a.m. Jan. 6, theft and property damage occurred on 1900 block of Springside Drive; report provided no further information.
34Property damage: Between noon Jan. 1 and 9:15 a.m. Jan. 6, two mailboxes damaged outside homes on 1100 block of Johnson Drive.
35Burglary: Between 6 p.m. Jan. 5 and 10 a.m. Jan. 6, exterior window and interior door broken to gain access to workout room of Country Lakes Golf Club clubhouse, 1600 Country Lakes Drive; nothing stolen.
36Shoplifting: Megan K. McCarthy, 28, 2300 block of New Haven Court; 8:36 p.m. at Naperville police station, 1350 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with retail theft and driving with a suspended license, after being stopped on 1500 block of North Aurora Road.
37Vandalism: Sometime before 10:28 p.m. black permanent marker used to deface city of Naperville electrical box at corner of Chicago Avenue and Olesen Drive.
38DUI/drugs: Andrew J. Zelasko, 20, 1600 block of Fordham Court; 10:29 p.m. inside car parked on 1700 block of Drake Court; charged with DUI/drugs; passengers Connor M. Erickson and Dylan Hunziker, ages and home towns not provided, issued tickets on unspecified charges.
39Fighting: Edmund Rochester and Oowais Siddique, ages and home towns not provided; 11:38 p.m. on 1500 block of Bond Street; charged with fighting.
