Naperville police are seeking the public’s help in solving two burglaries that occurred less than two weeks apart at an apartment complex on the city’s far northwest side.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered by Naperville Crime Stoppers for information about the break-ins at the Autumn Run Apartments clubhouse at 1627 County Lakes Drive.

The first burglary occurred during the evening hours of Dec. 25, according to a Crime Stoppers release.

The second occurred during the late-evening hours of Saturday or the early-morning hours of Sunday, the release stated.

Written police reports indicated an office window was broken during the Dec. 25 burglary. An exterior window and an interior door were broken in last weekend’s crime, and the intruder apparently entered the workout room, although nothing appeared to have been stolen.

Police are “looking to speak with anyone that might have witnessesed suspicious activity possibly related to these offenses on the grounds of the clubhouse” on the dates and at the times in question, the release read.

Witnesses to the break-ins or those who believe they have information about either case were asked to call Naperville Crime Stoppers at 630-420-6006. Callers can remain anonymous.
