These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Thursday, Jan. 10

1Vandalism: Sometime before 2:15 p.m., black marking pen used to deface toilet stall inside Lincoln Junior High School, 1320 Olympus Drive.

Monday, Jan. 14

2Suspended license: Bernardo Porcayo, 33, 700 block of Benedetti Drive; 10:03 a.m. near Brookdale Road and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to signal.

3Suspended license: Tonya J. Sandoval, 21, Homer Glen; 9:55 p.m. near Warrenville Road and Washington Street; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

4Unlicensed driver: Alejandro C. Avelino, 48, Elgin; 5:11 p.m. near Diehl Road and Raymond Drive; charged with driving without a license and disobeying a traffic light.

5Driving under the influence: Zachary B. Geppert, 18, 3700 block of Nicanoa Lane; 5:58 p.m. near Edward Hospital, 801 S. Washington St.; charged with DUI/drugs and improper lane use.

6DUI: Timothy W. Marin, 37, Bolingbrook; 10:56 p.m. near Bailey Road and Naper Boulevard; charged with two counts DUI and one count improper lane use.

7Revoked license: Rene Cuautle, 43, Warrenville; followed about 11:31 p.m. to Butterfield Road and Route 59, Warrenville; charged with driving with a revoked license.

8Suspended license: Shane A. Simon, 29, Chicago; 11:44 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Royal St. George Drive; charged with driving with a suspended license.
