Police Report

These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Wednesday, Jan. 23

1Theft: Uriel A. Martinez-Fragoso, 27, and Rosendo Flores, 20, both of the 700 block of Royal St. George Drive; 12:15 a.m. at home; both charged with theft and possession of fradulent identification; Martinez-Fragoso also charged with obstructing identification and wanted on a warrant.

2Theft: A 47-year-old woman reported between noon and 1 p.m., wallet stolen from purse while she was inside unidentified restaurant on 2700 block of Showplace Drive.

3Trash bin fire: About 3:38 p.m., police assisted Naperville Fire Department firefighters after garbage caught fire inside bin near Ogden Avenue and Royal St. George Drive.

4Shoplifting: Anthony M. Pariso, 30, Chicago; 3:46 p.m. at Home Depot, 2920 Audrey Ave.; charged with retail theft.

5Suspended license: Miguel H. Guillermo, 22, West Chicago; 4:28 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and a muffler violation.

6False police report: Pamela D. Greco, 43, 1100 block of Spring Garden Circle; 5:57 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with filing false report of offense.

7Driving under the influence: Ann Rizza, 38, 3900 block of Littlestone Circle; 8:11 p.m. at home; charged with DUI.

8DUI: Sallie L. Persin, 18, 1100 block of Elizabeth Avenue; 11:03 p.m. near Chicago Avenue and Naper Boulevard; charged with DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions and a vehicular equipment violation.

9DUI: Darren J. Orange, 28, 1400 block of Georgia Court; 11:34 p.m. near Georgia Court and Whispering Hills Drive; charged with two counts DUI and one count each disobeying a traffic control device, failure to signal and speeding.

Thursday, Jan. 24

10Suspended license: Nicholas R. Neubauer, 29, Batavia; 8:03 a.m. near 111th Street and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance; also wanted on a warrant.

11Trespassing: About 12:19 p.m., unidentified man or woman ticketed for trespassing on property of Welch Elementary School, 2620 Leverenz Road.

12Drug paraphernalia possession: Mark C. Phillips, 27, 1500 block of Bond Street; 6:15 p.m. at Red Roof Inn, 1698 W. Diehl Road; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

13Neighborhood dispute: About 8:23 p.m., police investigated argument between neighbors on 1500 block of Raymond Drive; no arrests made; police advised neighbors to leave each other alone.

14Suspended license: Youthasine Phengsomphone, 45, Chicago; 9:33 p.m. near Burlington and Ogden avenues; charged with driving with a suspended license.

15DUI: Gregory R. Sebby, 33, 700 block of Burgess Hill Road; 10:21 p.m. near Oswego Road and West Street; charged with two counts DUI and one count each making improper turn at intersection and improper lane use.
