These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Thursday, Feb. 7
1Neighbor dispute: Between noon Feb. 5 and 8:54 a.m. today, neighbors sporadically quarreled on 400 block of East Bailey Road.
2Shoplifting: Ramiro Sanchez-Castellanos, 37, St. Charles; 10:23 a.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59; charged with retail theft for taking prepaid cell phone from store without paying for it.
3Identity theft: Jason E. Stitts, 19, 2300 block of Bennington Court; 4:45 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with identity theft and receiving goods in violation of Credit & Debit Card Act.
4Driving under the influence: Cesar C. Sanchez, 27, 30W000 block of Granada Court; 7:09 p.m. near NALCO Co., 1601 W. Diehl Road; charged with two counts DUI and one count failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions.
5Unlicensed driver: Cynthia Avila, 25, 0-99 block of Vest Avenue; 11:14 p.m. on Ogden Avenue near Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway overpass; charged with driving without a license and a headlights violation.
6DUI: Britt M. Nordlof, 27, Glendale Heights; 11:52 p.m. near Interstate 88 and Naper Boulevard; charged with two counts DUI and one count each resisting a peace officer and improper lane use.
Friday, Feb. 8
7Vehicle burglary: Between 3 p.m. Feb. 7 and 9:41 a.m., vehicle burglarized while parked in driveway of home on 1200 block of Brookline Court; numerous footprints subsequently discovered in snow that led to other vehicles parked in neighborhood.
8Theft: Between 10:50 and 11:20 a.m., wallet stolen from woman’s unattended purse on 1600 block of Warbler Drive.
9Marijuana possession: About 4:56 p.m., one of three unidentified people ticketed for possession of marijuana as they sat inside vehicle parked on 500 block of South Charles Street.
Saturday, Feb. 9
10DUI: Matthew R. Nowakowski, 22, Bridgeview; 2:06 a.m. near Beebe Drive and Route 59; charged with two counts DUI and one count each disobeying a traffic signal, improper lane use and speeding.
11Vehicle damage: Between 6:30 p.m. Feb. 8 and noon, scratch etched into finish of driver-side door of maroon, 2003 Hyundai Sonata parked outside home on 700 block of Benedetti Drive; small dents also found on passenger side of vehicle.
12Burglary: Between 11 a.m. Feb. 8 and 1:49 p.m. today, attempts made to steal money from laundry machines inside four buildings on campus of Huntington Condominiums, 20 S. Naper Blvd.
13Suspended license: Joshua E. Lawrence, 30, Aurora; 7:06 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license.
14Suspended license: Kyle Vandenburgh, 22, Aurora; 7:59 p.m. near Aurora and Ogden avenues; charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without front license plate.
15Suspended license: Tanya C. McBee, 42, Bolingbrook; 8:25 p.m. near 103rd Street and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license and a registration violation.
