These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.
Tuesday, Feb. 12
1Trespassing: Naser H. B. Omer, 18, Woodridge; 9:09 a.m. on the 1200 block of Natchez Trace Circle; charged with criminal trespass to land and disorderly conduct.
2Obstructing justice: Gerardo Orizaba-Castillo, 27, 700 block of Royal St. George Drive; 1:42 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and River Road; charged with obstruction of justice, failure to yield right of way to emergency vehicle and driving with a suspended license; also wanted on a warrant.
3Revoked license: Janice D. Hayse, 46, 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive; 2:38 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive; charged with driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance.
4Shoplifting: Walter A. Watson, 34, Aurora; 8:15 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59; charged with retail theft.
5Identification obstruction: Taletta M. Belton, 30, 0-99 block of Olesen Drive; 8:15 p.m. near Chicago Avenue and Naper Boulevard; charged with obstructing identification, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with an expired registration.
6Marijuana possession: Reece L. Gilliam, 19, 500 block of Alexandria Drive; 9:29 p.m. near 75th Street and Book Road; charged with possession of marijuana, after being stopped for speeding and then having vehicle searched by police dog.
7Driving under the influence: Susan D. Eldrenkamp, 44, Plainfield; 11:32 p.m. near 111th Street and Route 59; charged with two counts DUI and one count speeding.
Wednesday, Feb. 13
8DUI: Lauren E. Sheehy, 26, 200 block of Pepperidge Road; 12:16 a.m. near 95th Street and Deering Bay Drive; charged with two counts DUI and one count each improper lane use and driving with broken rear registration or license plate light.
9Citizen assist: About 1:26 a.m., police officers and firefighters forced open door to home on 1100 block of North Mill Street to help 80-year-old woman who had fallen.
10Disorderly conduct: Amber M. Kluber, 23, Montgomery; 11:47 a.m. in parking lot of the Denny’s restaurant in Westfield Fox Valley shopping center, Aurora; charged with disorderly conduct.
11Battery: Maxwell G. Wright, 21, 800 block of Morningside Drive; 7:57 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with battery causing great bodily harm.
