These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

1Theft: A 22-year-old woman reported between 9:30 p.m. Feb. 12 and 7 a.m., laptop computer and 40-watt adapter kit with power cord removed from laptop carrying case inside Community United Methodist Church, 20 N. Center St.

2Theft: A 42-year-old woman reported between 1 and 2:30 p.m., wallet containing Social Security card, two credit cards and $200 stolen from purse while she shopped on 500 block of South Route 59; woman told police she located wallet later in that area.

Thursday, Feb. 14

3Suspended license: Jose J. Ramirez, 22, Lisle; 12:45 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving without valid registration and speeding.

4Shoplifting: Christina A. Reyes, 37, Plainfield; 1:32 p.m. at Whole Foods Market, 2607 W. 75th St.; charged with retail theft.

5Theft: A 31-year-old man reported on separate occasions between 8 p.m. Feb. 1 and 2:44 p.m. today, tire jack, Bluetooth speaker and front driver-side tire stolen from vehicle parked on 500 block of Kiowa Drive.

6Information for police: A resident of the 1200 block of Andria Court called police at 4:59 p.m. to report another person posting threatening messages on Facebook and expressing “suicidal thoughts.”

7Theft: Lynn M. Andersen, 47, Bolingbrook; 7:27 p.m. at the Naperville police station, 1350 W. Aurora Ave.; charged with theft.

8Theft: A 42-year-old man reported sometime before 7:41 p.m., bicycle stolen from 1900 block of Continental Avenue.

9Marijuana possession: Adam O. Lowers-Esmail, 18, 1100 block of Johnson Drive; and Samuel J. Eskenazi and John Marchette, ages and home towns not provided; 7:57 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and River Road; charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10Suspended license: Rashaun L. Sowell, 19, Romeoville; 8:41 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license.

11Fire department assistance: About 11:30 p.m., police assisted Naperville Fire Department paramedics in treating intoxicated subject with cut hand on 400 block of Valley Drive; man sustained cut during fight with brother.

Friday, Feb. 15

12Marijuana possession: About 1:45 a.m., unspecified number of unidentified subjects stopped on 200 block of East Chicago Ave; all ticketed for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 10 bottles unopened alcohol.

13Vandalism: Sometime before 8:22 a.m., graffiti painted or printed on city of Naperville electrical box at Iroquois Avenue and Chippewa Drive.

14Suspended license: Magdaleno Rivera, 35, Aurora; 8:45 a.m. while turning east onto North Aurora Road from Frontenac Road; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and failure to yield the right of way to another vehicle.

15Vehicle burglary: A 60-year-old man reported between 8 p.m. Feb. 14 and 9:05 a.m., unlocked vehicle burglarized while parked outside home on 2100 block of Hidden Valley Drive.

16Police assistance: About 10:21 a.m., police assisted DuPage County deputy sheriffs in serving emergency order of protection to man temporarily living with mother on 800 block of South Charles Avenue.

17Suspended license: Pedro Guarado, 24, Cicero; 1:49 p.m. near Beebe Drive and Route 59; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving without valid registration.

18Computer fraud: About 3:51 p.m., unidentified man or woman reported attempts made on Feb. 2, Feb. 5 and Feb. 7 to hack into “Intuit Quick Books” account at business on 1700 block of Quincy Avenue; all three attempts proved unsuccessful.

19Shoplifting: Iqbal A. Khan, 32, Plano; 7:12 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59; charged with retail theft.

20Unlicensed driver: Brayan A. Sanchez, 19, West Chicago; 10:21 p.m. near Ferry Road and Route 59; charged with driving without a license and driving with no muffler or a defective muffler.
