These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the report includes when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Friday, Feb. 15

1Suspended license: Leaaron K. Pierce, 25, 1600 block of Kiowa Drive; 11:16 p.m. near Bailey Road and Oxford Lane; charged with driving with a suspended license.

2Phony identification: About 11:54 p.m., unidentified male or female ticketed for misrepresentation of age by a minor, after trying to use fake ID to enter business on 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue.

Saturday, Feb. 16

3Well-being check: About 2:07 a.m., 21-year-old, “highly intoxicated” man found running through parking lot on 1000 block of South Washington Street; man had hand injuries from stumbling and falling and was not dressed for cold weather; taken by ambulance to Edward Hospital.

4Battery: About 2:32 a.m., 26-year-old man taken to Edward Hospital for cut chin, after being beaten on 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue; man refused to cooperate with police investigation of matter.

5Property damage: A 45-year-old man reported between 12:01 and 6 a.m., mailbox damaged outside house on 5000 block of Switch Grass Lane.

6Fighting: Tiarra M. Porter, 21, Montgomery; 10:55 a.m. while traveling near 1900 block of Golden Gate Lane; charged with fighting, after striking woman twice in face “over third-party male romantic interest.”

7Suspended license: Cindel S. Deberry, 26, North Aurora; 4:19 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and Main Street; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, disobeying a traffic light and driving with defective window or windshield.

8Property damage: A 64-year-old man reported between 3 and 7 p.m., mailbox and mounting post damaged outside house on 2700 block of Gateshead Drive.

9Marijuana possession: Samuel J. Eskenazi, age and home town not provided; 8:33 p.m. near Dilorenzo Drive and Naper Boulevard; charged with possession of 30 grams or less marijuana.

10Theft: Between 8:48 and 9:04 p.m., motorist pumped $45.45 worth of gasoline into tank of light-blue vehicle at Thorntons, 1532 North Aurora Road, and then drove away from station without paying for it.

11Driving under the influence: Andrea M. Ishikawa, 51, 600 block of South Whispering Hills Drive; 11:16 p.m. near Jewel-Osco, 1759 W. Ogden Ave.; charged with DUI/drugs and DUI/alcohol.

Sunday, Feb. 17

12Battery: A 24-year-old man reported being victim of battery about 1:11 a.m. on 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue; report provided no further information.

13DUI: Matthew J. Malich, 37, Lisle; 2:22 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Genesee Drive; charged with DUI and improper lane use.

14Suspended license: Jerail D. Kindred, 25, 2900 block of Stockton Court; 9:27 a.m. on 75th Street just west of Book Road; charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with defective window or windshield.

15Vandalism: Sometime before 1:11 p.m., black, blue and green graffiti drawn or painted on city of Naperville utility box on 1500 block of North Columbia Street.

16Vandalism: Sometime before 1:35 p.m., silver graffiti drawn or painted on city of Naperville electrical box at southwest corner of Bauer Road and East Avenue.

17Drug overdose: About 8:54 p.m., firefighters and police went to home on 1400 block of Keats Avenue, following report of 18-year-old woman overdosing on LSD; paramedics took woman to Edward Hospital.

18Theft: A 55-year-old woman reported between noon Feb. 8 and 10 p.m. today, Amitriptyline and Clonazepam prescriptions stolen from home on 700 block of Inland Circle.

19Underage drinking: About 11:40 p.m., police investigated party in home on 2600 block of Snowbird Lane, where liquor was being consumed by minors; one unidentified subject ticketed; “others refused to exit home;” police “attempted to make contact with homeowner (with) negative results.”

Monday, Feb. 18

20Special patrol request: A 47-year-old woman requested special police patrol after raw eggs were hurled between 10:30 p.m. Feb. 17 and 3 a.m., shattering against home on 1100 block of Cheshire Avenue.
