These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the reports include when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Saturday, Jan. 22

Theft: Between Dec. 26 and Jan. 22, two Christmas reindeer stolen from front yard on 300 block of Meadow Green Drive.

Thursday, Jan. 27

Suspicious incident: At 7 p.m. on 1100 block of Redfield Road, a white male came to the door saying he was from Wide Open West and someone from that residence had called him; he was told to leave, and the victim later called WOW and learned no one was sent to their residence.

Friday, Jan. 28

Simple battery: At 4:07 a.m. at Route 59 and 111th Street, two males were punching each other in a road rage incident.

Retail theft: 5:26 p.m. on 700 block South Route 59; Wilfred Antion Acres, 21, Midlothian; charged with retail theft.

Internet investigation: Between noon and 6:07 p.m. on 2100 block of University Drive; victim reported paying for Coach purse online and receiving a junk item from the seller.

Saturday, Jan. 29

Criminal damage: Between 4 p.m. Jan. 28 and 1 a.m. Jan. 29 on the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, the front driver-side door’s mirror glass was broken.

Possession of marijuana: Susana Leon, 20, Aurora; at 8:17 p.m. on West Diehl Road; charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer.

Operating uninsured vehicle: Michael Anthony Hamilton, 51, 724 Inland Circle, Apt. 201; at 12:03 a.m. at Showplace Drive and South Route 59; charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, driving on a suspended or revoked license, speeding and obstructing identification.

DUI: Yolanda M. Reyes, 46, Chicago; at 12:16 a.m. at East Bailey Road and South Washington Street; charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driver’s license not on person, improper lane usage and following too closely.

Possession of marijuana: Raphael Edward Marsden, 19, 29W043 Shell Lake Drive; at 1:51 a.m. at 248th Avenue and 111th Street; charged with possession of marijuana.

DUI: Ingrid Pamela Nichamin, 24, Flossmoor; at 2:20 a.m. at North Washington Street and Seventh Avenue; charged with DUI and speeding.

Possession of marijuana: Bobbi Jean Hixson, 22, Davenport; at 2:19 a.m. at West Diehl Road and North Route 59; charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer.

DUI: Anthony Joseph Devivo, 25, Yorkville; at 2:31 a.m. at Aurora Avenue and Berry Court; charged with DUI, traffic control violation, speeding and crossing double yellow lines.

DUI: Adrian Sandoval, 22, Joliet; at 2:34 a.m. at Beebe Drive and South Route 59; charged with DUI, no driver’s license and disobeying a traffic signal.

Simple battery: Ashely N. Fill, 22, Plainfield; at 1:09 p.m. on 3100 block 111th Street; charged with two counts of battery after a parking space altercation.

Sunday, Jan. 30

Disorderly conduct: Between 11:52 p.m. Jan. 29 and 12:30 a.m. on 2400 block of Brockton Circle, house was toilet papered, and broken computer parts were left on lawn.

DUI: Matthew Patrick Crawford, 22, Plainfield; at 2:19 a.m. at South Washington Street and South Naper Boulevard; charged with DUI and improper lane usage.

DUI: Ashley Marie Brown, 23, Shorewood; 2:20 a.m. at White Eagle Drive and South Route 59; charged with DUI, improper lane usage, failure to give signal and operating an uninsured vehicle.

DUI: Julie Marie Noble, 28, Leland; at 2:20 a.m. at White Eagle Drive and South Route 59; charged with DUI, interfering with an officer, no rear license plate, illegal lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle, driver’s license not on person, following too closely and failure to give a signal.

DUI: Srimath R. Ratnayake, 37, Merrillville, Ind.; at 2:20 a.m. at Naperville-Wheaton Road and East Ogden Avenue; charged with DUI, traffic control violation, following too closely, violating lights and lamps act, speeding and failure to give signal.

DUI: Robert Steven Kennard, 34, 2883 Gypsum Circle; at 2:27 a.m. at Book Road and West 75th Street; charged with DUI and speeding.

DUI: Matthew Andrew Hatcher, 22, Sugar Grove; at 2:35 a.m. at South Washington Street and West Porter Avenue; charged with DUI and improper lane usage.

Illegal transportation of liquor: Danielle Lynn Mielke, 29, Sugar Grove; at 2:59 a.m. at South Washington Street and West Porter Avenue; charged with illegal possession or transportation of liquor.

DUI: Erika Marie Hernandez, 20, Aurora; at 3:02 a.m. at Country Lakes Drive and West Diehl Road; charged with DUI, improper lane usage and speeding.

DUI: Michael A. Montez, 52, Woodridge; at 3:35 a.m. at West 75th Street and Beebe Drive; charged with DUI and improper lane usage.

DUI: Amador A. Artega, 56, 3136 Avaria Court; at 5:04 a.m. at South Route 59 and Liberty Street; charged with DUI and improper lane usage.

Driving on suspended license: Anthony Delano Peden, 45, Chicago; at 2:20 p.m. at South Route 59 and West 75th Street; charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Retail theft: David Marcello Bencic, 39, Villa Park; at 6:51 p.m. on 1300 block South Route 59; charged with retail theft.

Operating uninsured vehicle: Michael Anthony Walls, 43, 778 Inland Circle, Apt. 101; at 8:25 p.m. at West 87th Street and South Route 59; charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Operating uninsured vehicle: Marco Antino Cruz, 18, Aurora; at 9:24 p.m. at North Aurora Road and North Route 59; charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
