Police Report: Men charged with trespassing for taking dip in pool

These are incidents reported by the Naperville Police Department. Where charges have been filed, the reports include when and where the suspect was stopped or taken into custody and the nature of the charges.

Sunday, June 26

Theft: Between June 10 and June 26 on the 1500 block of Fender Road; a miter saw was stolen from a garage.

Monday, July 11

Trespassing: At 1:49 a.m. on the 3200 block of Lapp Lane; four men were charged with trespassing after being found in a backyard pool.

Burglary to vehicle: Between 10:30 p.m. July 10 and 6:53 a.m. July 11 on the 2700 block of Bluewater Circle; a stereo, radar detector and an iTouch were stolen from a vehicle.

Burglary to vehicle: Between 6 p.m. July 8 and 6:45 a.m. July 11 on the 1000 block of Revere Court; a number of items were stolen from a vehicle.

Theft: Between 1:50 and 2:40 a.m. on the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue; the wheels were stolen from a vehicle parked in a business lot.

Theft: At about 7 p.m. on the 1400 block of Fairway Drive; a bicycle was stolen.

Damage to vehicle: During the night on the 3600 block of Eliot Lane; someone spray-painted vulgar pictures on a vehicle parked in a driveway.

Driving without a license: Alejo M. Davila, 59, Aurora; 10:01 a.m. on the 24W700 block of 103rd Street; charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance, also wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Outstanding warrant: Derrick D. Aquino, 37, Aurora; 10:21 a.m. on the 500 block of Fort Hill Drive; wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Outstanding warrant: Carlton E. Williams, 33, Bolingbrook; 7:41 p.m. on the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue; wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Soliciting without a license: Antonio D. Hampton, 31, Durham; 4:58 p.m. on the 1200 block of College Road; charged with soliciting without a license.

Possession of marijuana: Adam W. Majszuk, 33, Lisle; 6:10 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Ogden Avenue; charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Outstanding warrant: Bret R. Mylin, 29, Lisle; 4:57 p.m. on the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue; wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Criminal trespass to vehicle: Jason T. Iskalis, 20, 3800 block of Falkner Drive; 12:10 a.m. on the 3800 block of Falkner Drive; charged with criminal trespass to vehicle.

Possession of marijuana: Tarl W. Sargent, 23, 1600 block of Cove Court; 9:13 p.m. on the 300 block of South Washington Street; charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Possession of marijuana: Nicholas R. Majszuk, 28, Oswego; 6:05 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Ogden Avenue; charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, also wanted on an outstanding warrant.
