Neuqua Valley realized things were getting a little too-close-for-comfort midway through the fourth quarter of Thursday’s Upstate Eight Valley Conference contest against Metea Valley in Naperville.  

With their 13-point lead cut to 48-46 with 3:07 remaining, the Wildcats closed the game on an 11-3 run to finally put away the Mustangs, 59-49.
