Foreclosed Naperville office complex sells for $23 million

A Naperville office complex located on Diehl Road was sold for nearly $23 million, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily.

A New York private-equity firm paid nearly $23 million for a 220,000-square-foot office complex in Naperville nearly a year after the property’s lender seized it through foreclosure.

A venture of Stabilis Capital Management L.P. bought the East West Corporate Center last month for $22.95 million, or $104 per square foot, according to DuPage County property records. Stabilis purchased the two-building complex, 1751 and 1771 W. Diehl Road in the west suburb, from an affiliate of San Francisco-based Wells Fargo Bank N.A., which took title to the property
