Naperville Township has awarded 360 Youth Services a grant of $150,000 for its programs for young people in the Naperville area.
Naperville Township Supervisor Rachel Ossyra believes that the support given to 360 aligns well with the mission of Naperville Township.
“We have selected 360 as our source for youth services because of the comprehensive scope of support they provide to our youth for life-changing programs, including prevention education, counseling and housing,” she said. “We also have the highest confidence in their outstanding team led by executive director Ron Hume, and highly qualified, caring and dedicated staff. 360 is a great asset to our community and we want to continue to support their mission to provide life-changing youth services in our township.”
“We are committed to listening to and evaluating the needs of the public and providing services, which are responsive to the health, safety and general welfare of the entire township. 360 is an ideal fit for our mission,” says Ossyra.
Ron Hume, executive director of 360, is elated with the support of Naperville Township.
“I look forward to working closely with Naperville Township as we strive to expand our reach to the youth in our community providing our comprehensive, much needed services,” he said.
To enhance its partnership with Naperville Township, 360 recently added a new Township Youth Services director. Angela Michalak has been with 360 for 12 years as a clinical director and is looking forward to partnering with the township.
“I am really excited to be taking on a new position at 360 Youth Services as Township Youth Services director. This position will allow me to connect youth and their families in Naperville Township and surrounding communities with holistic and comprehensive services. I look forward to working with Rachel Ossyra, the Naperville Township supervisor, and the Naperville Township staff in coordinating services.”
