New buildings are springing up in the spring
Hello, residents and friends of Naperville! April showers bring May flowers, and the beauty of spring is all around us. My hope for the New Year is that the economy will rebound and everyone will experience prosperity. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful staff working for the city. Each and every employee is valuable, needed and appreciated. The city is not immune to the economic downturn the world is experiencing, and it has been difficult for the council and myself to equalize compensation for all employees’ services, both union and nonunion. I personally want to say thank you to all employees and wish them a prosperous and healthy New Year.
