Emmy Award-winning comedian Bill Cosby makes his debut at North Central College on March 29.

Cosby is set to present his "Far From Finished Tour" in two sold-out shows at 2 p.m. and at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 29, in North Central College's Pfeiffer Hall, 310 E. Benton Ave. Tickets are no longer available.

The television show, "The Cosby Show," is one of Cosby's greatest contributions to American entertainment and culture. Dominating the No. 1 spot for years, the show earned nearly unanimous critical praise. Time magazine called the show "an encouraging sign of maturity in matters of race."

His work has captivated generations of fans with his comedy routines, iconic albums and best-selling books such as "Fatherhood" and "I Didn't Ask to Be Born, But I'm Glad I Was." His comedy transcends age, gender and cultural barriers.

Cosby has received the Kennedy Center Honors, the Presidential Medal of Freedom (America's highest civilian honor), the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor and the Marian Anderson Award.

With more than 40 years in the entertainment business, Cosby remains one of America's most beloved comedians of all time.
