Harbor Village developments
The anchor of Harbor Village development is the Inn at Harbor Shores, which will feature a wealth of modern amenities and waterfront lodging with special event space, 92 rooms, and 14 luxury suites. The Inn will also feature residences with optional rental programs. ShipWatch Condominiums and Harbor House Condos are both planned communities designed with second residences in mind. Maintenance-free living by the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course or the Paw Paw River can be found at Harbor Village Cottages, which is offering 60 sites for custom-built cottage homes. Harbor Village will also include the construction of a first class marina with annual dock space leases available for one of 54 floating dock slips for boats from 25 to 90 feet in length.
