Bring the kids along and get into the Halloween spirit in your scariest attire as you travel door-to-door visiting downtown businesses for delicious treats. Restaurants and retailers will have their spaces decorated with festive colors and spooky accessories that will help you capture the Halloween spirit.
Central Park Plaza Hayrides
Trick or Treating and continues in the park with area businesses along with free hayrides sponsored by the Valparaiso Parks Department and free, fall photos provided by The Times.
For live music the whole family can enjoy, check out Leonardo and the Makin’ Waves Band at the Porter Health Amphitheater. Their unique brand of kid-friendly music is fit for an evening of family fun. Leonardo is a Parents’ Choice Award winning musician and the Makin’ Waves Band offer a high-energy surf rock sound that everyone can dance to.
